Full Fledge Physical Training Instructor(PTI)

Its been quite awhile since i last blogged... For your Info i'm officially a FULL Fledge PTI. Finally after 8 weeks of PTI Course..its finally OVER.......whooohoooo....

Hav been doin alots of things after i completed e course such as ... DB trainings, Help out in Real Run, Went out with canoeist, Watch "BrotherS" with my sis n many manys moreS. hahaha ....
