Went out with Sharon, Shu mei, Conrad & Terrence ..had a nice dinner @ NYDC(wheelock) chated abit and off we go to Phuture. Feels quite weird maybe is becus i nv club on Friday b4 or i dint go clubbing for very long time ler. Crowd over dere were like too OLD or C.M.I.. Disappointing experience @ phuture.

Woke up very early 6.30am. Went to Ngee Ann n join my juniors for a long dist run. E feeling of running is soo much different from running in camp. I feel more relax more happy. This year the Year 1s juniors are more lifely seeing them like dat makes me happy too. Year 2s n 3s they are still e same as crappy as ever. Haha ...Yup saw e canoe polo team also.. looks more unite now =). When a team had gone thru thick n thin they will be more unite. Keep it up guys...

What a week for me ... Fire Fighting week .. i hate it !!!!

For e last week my uniform is always wet either soak with my sweat or soak in clorine. Training was dammm tough .. wearing e BA suit we hav to crawl inside a cage( i think is 1m by 1m) like a hamster to complete e maze a 4 level maze. we did it 3 times. 1st with e lights on, 2nd with smoke and lights & 3rd with smoke n w/o light so we hav to feel our way thru & i was e person infront leading .. oh man ... stress initially but after a few tries ok ler ... due to e crawlin both of my knee kenna blister lo ...

we also also thrown into this suana room whereby they increase the temperture to 100 degree + we gotta wear e full BA suit. tt is where i almost fainted... cant bear with the heat =(. Thanks to my buddies they encourage me all e way if not i sure giv up one .... my grp was stuck inside the room for 25mins unlike other grp onli 5 to 10mins .. WHY LE ? coz the encik forgot to start e stopwatch den we hav to stay inside longer .. the max time was 15mins only ... haiz !!!!

& during fri ..

we were told to wear our long 4 and jump inside e pool swim for 10laps den come out wear our 7.5kg field pack n complete the S.O.C + 4km run.

2nd Week Of PTI Course ... 2 Down n 6 to go...

One of the PTI trainees OOC (Out of course) ler but non of us feel sad bout it ... cus tt guy is a bloody KENG'STER and we expect him to get OOC ler sooo now left 13 of us standing!

This week is all about theory we went for this IPC (Instructor Preparetory Course) whereby we need to present our sports to e officer and sit for some theory test. All of us pass ! so now i m a insttructor ler. haha ... got cert one okie =)

On tue we saw e new recruit came in .. lolx i was like erm.. feel so sad for them ... coz i can understand their feelin .. recruit life is totally sucks to e core. CHAO RECRUIT !!! BLOODY RECRUIT !!! these are e words people normally use. So every morning our breakfast we will go down earlier or later coz we dun wanna Queue wif e CHAO RECRUIT !!! haha

As usual every morning we hav our morning sprint all these n that & tts how i injure myself ... one Tue my knee is so pain tt i totally cant walk properly every step is pain !!! & every one is running 2.4 i can only jog or walk haiZ ... rested for 1 day den i join e guys. Den.. until thursday i was told to swim 40 laps in e pool after e swim my knee injury reoccur again follow by my ankle cus of e kickin motion. Den yest before bookin out we ran 2.8km inhalf uniform with our 5kg bag again + we hav to complete e S.O.C (Standard Obstacle Course) in feel e pain @ my shin...

HaiZ ... Hope i can recover quickly ...

WaO... what a week for me.. 1st week of PTI course was like "SO EASY LA". hur hur ... Every morning wake up go for morning run must complete each round (400m) in 1min 30sec. Imagine u hav to do that for 5 to 6 rounds. Did a lot of push up wide one, diamond one, commando style, PTI style, samurai style, star fish style, hopping style, tiger style, scopion style n many more styles. Everywhere we go we need to wear our field pack w a 5kg medicine ball inside.

Hav to attend Encik Ker lesson listen to his philosophy but i think i quite used to it ler .. find tt some of his thinking is quite good lei ... hur hur ... (IF u r JY, rainie, sharon, nis, Jer or Terrence ... DUN LUFF !!! )

Last fri 2 hrs b4 i book out i had a OPFT (Operation Proficiency Fitness Test) conditioning lesson. We need to wear our half uniform (Top: PTI shirt Bottom: Trouser & Boots), Carry our 5kg field pack. Tell u ITS FUCKIN TIRING ... i run until e instructor hav to keep on encouragin me for e last 1.4km but funny thing is e last 1.4km hor i was holding his hands while running ... lolx like couple like dat he pei wo run until e finishing point... lolx this may sounds gay la ... but seriously whn u r dead tired ur mind is playin mental with u what u need is someone tt is able to push u all e way to finishing point and because of what he did i manage to complete e run. I came in 3rd out of 14 people. I think my timin was 35mins like dat ...

Frankly speaking this Timing SUCKS ! i need to be faster in order to pass u see.... hais .. train harder SHYAN !

After bookin out meet up with Jy, dennis, Jeremy, terrence, Rainie & Sharon for dinner @ the village lolx my 1st time over dere lo ... suprise rite why my canoeist n my classmate are together ... cus it soo happen tt we are @ e same place so.. we ended up sitting together n hav our dinner ... hur hur .... quite funny also ... hur hur ...

What a week for me ... Last week was e condition week for PTI course but the condition dosent seems like condition at all... we did a lot of leg exercise ... we did numerous counts of jumping jack, power leg n others.. we carry 5kg medicine ball and run 700m uneven road after that we run 2.4km with our timin taken (my timing was 9:40) after tt rest less den 5mins den we need to run 3 X 700m (each round must be less den 4min). shag sia ..

Must prepare for tml lo ... haha bought all those supplement tt i need in camp ... EXP !!!

Anyway thanks for those tt've shown ur concern abt my hus ... For those tt dunnoe last MON morning some prankster set a fire outside my hus. Heard tt day got 3 unit kenna....luckly no one was hurt cus no one is @ home ~~

Went Bedok Reservoir for a competition called Relay Duathlon 2007 organise by Ngee Ann Canoeing Club. Well i shld say these guys had done a good job from what i see. The committees doing their job, helpers doin their job & ...

This year i took part in this competition with my new partner BRIAN(Hey partner i noe u nv blame me la if only i run abit faster Sorry dude) & a new event ment for canoeist only so this year the standard for this event is tougher.

Relay Duathlon is a team race whereby u need to RUN(A)->Canoe(A&B)->RUN(B)

Distance is 4km for running & 4km for Canoeing.

Brian was e 1st runner n I'm e 2nd. Canoeing part was very good for both of us as we are the 1st team to arrived as for running haiz i guess i need to run abit faster from 1st we become 4th lose to SAJC, NP (Ber & Ethan) & NYP.
So we ended up 4th out of 32 teams (all canoeist !!).

Noe why i keep emphasize on canoeist ?? Cus i realise tt some Buay Pai Seh people also canoeist whom hav more than 1 year experience they go and take part in NOVICE category !!! Fuck sia dey dun understand the word NOVICE isit ...

After the event went to town with Dennis, Bernard, Jun Sheng & Brian + Serene haha cus she came out from nowhere.
Went to Coffee Bean and chill sit down n relax .. Seems like nowadays we always like to find a nice place to sit down n talk trash.. lolx ... such as ("FOR YOU ONLY") haha dun get what a mean ??? go ask the people i mention earlier... hur hur ...

Before i start grumbling let me wish SINGAPORE a HAPPY 42nd Birthday !!! wee - ooo - weee....

I've complete most of my test in BRTC (Basic Rescue Training) ler. Such as REPT (hav to complete setting up rescue equipments and use it within a time frame). Ippt test (Finally able to jump a little bit further 226<-- i noe its lousy la but to me i think its a good start soo i ends up getting sliver for IPPT e Rest of e station Pull up 20, Sit up 45, Shuttle run 9.6, 2.4 Less den 10min30sec) lolx... standard drop a bit ler but i wont giv up i'll train hard n get GOLD e next time. SOC test ( Hav to complete this test within 9mins wearing full uniform.. consist of 700m run @ e start follow by 11 stations and ends with a 600m run && Yup i manage to pass e test too)

Some people are entitled to a long weekend due to National day some hav to book in tonight and pple like me hav to book in tml morning n book out in e evening crap riteZ ... haha

Bookin in 7.30am den start our endurance training > Games > Lunch > Anti smoking talk > Games > Book OUT !!! Fuckin schedule ... ask us to book in & do bo liaos stuff ... FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK ....

was talkin to bernard, dennis n junsheng yest and bernard told us tt there is this funny guy doing bunny hop with his rifle den kenna caught so tt guy hav to do bunny hop for a certain distance. As for my camp most people down there hav tatoos.. some very fierce tatoo some very style one... and e funny thing is when they saw a bug flyin towards em dey scream~~ !!! hahaha ...

Anyway i spent my weekend wif parents for supper @ bedok market (ba chor mee), went to lower seletar and went out with rainie & Ah Mad.

Was @ seletar doin dragon boat event and guess what ... SCDF dragonboat team was there for e race too. Suay sia i saw my instructor, OC(Officer Commander) and encik. Den OC ask why am i here lolx ... i dunnoe how to reply sia cus i cant tell him tt i m actually working ... lolx ... den Mr lim go talk to him say i very good in this sport ask him get me in to join e team. lolx .. Frankly speakin i really intend to join the team... haha every Wed n Fri book out lei ... shiok sia. haha...
After tt went out wif rainie n ah mad. lolx.. they pian wo !!!! i go all e way to orchard to hav my dinner with 2 of them KAN WO CHI !!!! ma de.. ... lolx...

Cus .. today there is this colours award ceremony & i'll be takin my full colours award .. =)haha yippyz~~

This morning went to this gas chamber where by we have to wear the chemical agent suit this suit is like those jacket whereby u goin to sm cold countries like dat .. so pls imagine how think it is. & the gas inside is call TEAR GAS !!!

I'm kinda suay la... i was in the room standing right infront of e "gas machine" the wind is blowing the gas right onto my mask. I can feel the burning sensation straight away .. but nvm I ENDURE .. slowly i feel tt the gas leak into my mask i can feel tt my eye is burnin .. tears started to drop down .. i begin to cough.. every cough i made i inhale a bit of the gas ... My sir start asking WHO FEEL DISCOMFORT... haha i was one of e 1st few to rise up my hand ... so my sir let us start 1st. But BUt But got this bloody guy... dammmm sickening he was e 1st n he blur like cock like dat ... stand down dere dun wan to move... cus we need to take off our mask n talk @ e mic... we hav to say our Rank,Name,I/C and Address. he jus bloddy stone there ... den i behind him suffer like hell ..." mulcus A.K.A Pi Ti" <-- dunnoe i spell correct a not . yar my mulcus started to drip out frm my nose ler drip into e mask .. finally my turn le we hav to take out our mask n talk .. hahhaa i stuck @ IC tt part den i chiong out of e room liaos ... went to this grass patch bend down .. den my tear, mulcus n saliva auto drip down and form 1 line ... haha ....

Its 9am in the morning now... WTH ritez ... woke up 8am in the morning today ... felt like i m totally sooo "jin shen" liaos haha ...

People say CD is slack den say i'm lucky to kenna CD.. well... FUCK it man its ALL WRONG !!!!!
I'm dead tired man. This week training ... tiring. Everyday i think got kenna 100 ++ to 200 push up, jumping jacks if we r lucky max for e day is 50 counts of 8.. if suay must + another 30 counts of 8, Power leg 40 counts, sit up, crunches, leg lift and more more more +++ before i sleep i will do 100 push up .....
Just completed a 1st aid test last week.. shld be able to pass ba.

Doin all these rite i can see my "nua" muscles becum hard again ler. Really yest i reach home look @ e mirror i was so shock what happen to my body.. my arms ... it used to be nua nua one no cutting all these last week still look quite nua den this week wahahaha ... all power up liaos.

anyway enough of NS talk ler ... 4 more weeks to P.O.P & 1 Year 9 Months & 1 Week more to ORD.

Yest was quite different.. after i bookin out went to ah ma hus.. promise to go my ah ma hus n eat cus she v long nv see me ler. Den my cousin n sister suggest to cook dinner for me cus i jus book out. hahaZz ... so nice rite ... damm funny dey bought alot of food but end up durin e dinner tt time e food left 3/4 cus dey keep on eatting it. lolx ... den e 3 of us sit down @ e kitchen n crap talk abt our NS life all these loh...Its nice chillin out wif cousin but still short of 1. =(

Was @ MacRitchie in the morning to support my teammates. Dey are having National Champs sumthing different this year is i m not taking part in this competition and this is the last competition for jun sheng to row under ngee ann ler. I can understand how u feel exactly the feeling of sudden emptiness cus i experience it after my PA race also...

Actually to me in competition winning is not e most impt thing. Winning is not the most happiest thing. Its the process whereby the whole team had gone thru tts smthing i feel is e most impt factor. Everyone hav a common goal & THERE IS NO "I" IN A TEAM". But now what is see in the team is soooo different. In the past after every race we will auto walk to the pontoon to help our teammates carry the boat & what i see yest is people jus simply ignore it a.k.a ACT BLUR. These people really disgust me a lot cus YOUR MOUTH & UR ACTIONS DOSENT TALLY AT ALL.

To my 2 partner Jia ying n Elva. Both of u may not be competiting in this competition but @ least u noe u got us @ ur back "TIN NI" {support u}. & Elva i noe u reallie wanna take part in this competition... this is not ur last NCC la still got chance de .... u dosent need to row as Ngee Ann rower study hard join NTU or NUS or SIM hahaha ....ok Cheers =)

Dennis, Jun Sheng, Eugene, Addie and I left early and we head to westmall for our lunch after tt we went to coffee bean n chat abit ... haha dunnoe why i just miss the time whereby e group of us sit down @ a cosy area n hav a nice chat maybe this is the reason why we are so close now. Went to tricia farewell party last night @ changi village its at a pub call FRIENDS. Consider a small pub ba~ anyway wish her well over there =D. Just one more day before i start my BOTAKHOOD with "bradder, relac one cornner, sia la" people hahaha ... ok la these few days met up with a lot of people they told me that civil defence is not that bad lah. 1 year n 10 mths will pass very very soon.

To be frank i m not worried about hows e training will be like... My main concern is how am i going to adapt.

Alrites this year Prime Minister Cup 2007 goes to NUS !!! 3 cheers to NUS ... The race was dammm exciting it like NTU n NUS fighting for No.1 spot and from my view i tot NTU won buts whn dey announce tt NUS actually won it i was super shock loh ... haha ... cus i told brian tt NTU will win and i really hope tt NTU will trash NUS ..... why le? i also dunnoe and of cus not forgetting SIM n SMU. Thou i say i hope NTU will win NUS but on e other side i also wish tt SIM will get @ least a 2nd cus i feel tt SIM is very strong also haha partly because of junsheng la cus he just join SIM~~~

and lastly SMU erm.. i got nth to say abt this team la... anyway all 4 teams did well today dey nv giv up even thou they lost and even thou dey win ... they win it fair n square. ... ... so train hard loh end of this year wack them back @ river regretta.

Its once a year Singapore Dragonboat Festival 2007 again. Dint manage to take any photos today as i was working @ slipway. Thou last year i m workin @ timekeeper but this time round @ slipway the time rellies flies.

Currently almost all e dragonboat team is aimin NUS cus dey are strong pple set em as targets but for NUS they are aiming to beat the hell out of SCF(Spore Canoe Federation) team cus Team SCF is made up of national canoeist and dey really own every single race &&&& today SCF actually lost to team NJC. NJC came in 1st n SCF came in 2nd. This is smthing tt shock every single one of us. OMG SCF LOST ???? i bet tt tml finals SCF will fight to get back their glory !!!

anyway team NJC is form by a buch of canoeist from NJC.... and yet again it prove to everyone tt Canoeist is a better rower!!!

Thou i cant say tt DB people are weaker den canoeist but its e technique we use in dragonboat cus canoeist endurance is slighty better.

Whats the point of wearing shoe in gym. Nowadays e materials for shoe is like cloth so whats e point of wearin em. When i was year 1 my teammates accidentally drop a 20kg weights on my foot then i was wearing a street soccer shoe so e material is kinda thick....Few mths ago i accidentally drop a 15kg weight on my small toe and i was wearing a asics running shoe believe me it hurts like hell. Cus e material of e shoe is like cloth like dat. So wads e point of wearin cover shoe into e gym whereby it dosent helps @ all rite.

Let me share with a case study tt really happen a few years ago. The picture shown on the left is a SAFETY BOOTS. The Blue dotted lines are suppose to be your foot. The Red colour line is suppose to be a metal sheet to protect your toe. Cus in construction site there are a lot of heavy object so it is suppose to help u prevent your toes getting injure.

But But but ... there is a case whereby a heavy object really falls onto a person foot and due to the metal sheet it actually chop off all of his toes. So wads e purpose of havin a safety boots.

Same case for dennis. He accidentally drop a 15kg weights on his toe n fracture one of his toe... Hope u get well soon okie ... =D

Have been watchin VCDs nowadays mostly HK Drama haha erm.. actually quite addictin lei.. Finally noe why my mum got addicted to korean Drama...

but still i m not as addicted as my mum la.

Was watchin e drama until 7pm den i decided to go out for a run cus i haven been running since 3 mths ago ler. hahaha i ran to sch i guess e dist is less den 6km ba cant believe frm my hus to sch is so near only and my bus journey + waiting time adds up to ard 45mins &&&&&& just now i only took me 28mins22secs to reached my destination hohoho.... finally i m running again.
Did some gym wif e juniors seein em training training hard really reminds me whn i m year 2. My happiest moment is nacc is when i m year 2 not because i was then the V.Capt its beacuse i can see everyone training hard together and wad i mean bout everyone is Sprinters and Polo.
My proudest moments is when i m year 3... hahaha ....

I've just received my Camp's pay! and i had learnt a new lesson !!!!

I work for 3 days with so much responsibility + so tired + fun + scold people + shout + this n that = SGD$180.00 omg la.

I carry Canoes for my coach cher (10hrs) =$120

I help out as Assistant star 1 instructor (7hrs) =$50
I help out in Kayak orieantation programe (2~3hrs) =$50~$60
I help out in SDBA races (Less den 10hrs smtimes 3~4hrs) =$50

*Came back from thailand {Went to Thailand for my graduation trip .. hahaha its super nice lar this trip brought us closer to each other}

*Went to Jia Ying's hus for pot luck {Farking hell we go to her hus n cook for her ... she only contribute her kitchen and Bloody hell I STUCK INSIDE HER TOILET and also thanks to e incident i realise tt i m so popular amoung em hahaha ... got my dear canoeists + jy mother + fang xiong all trying to rescue me hahahaha ... den.. @ e end of e day is JIA YING that manage to open e DOOR for me ... wheee --u -- wheee}

*Qualify to finals in PA race and got a consolation medal

*Went clubbing & clubbing (1 flamin almost KO me {hur hur})

*Went out wif my canoeist

*Steamboat wif my classmates (I guess only after we grad le den we cherish each other more cus we keep meetin up nowadays {thats something good.. & i hope we will still meet up very often})

The moment i online angie msn me and ask why i wake up so early den i chated with her for awhile i felt abit hungry so i go and order pizza they say will deliver within 45mins to 1hr.. so i waited .... and waited..... and waited.... wah its 11.30 ler someone knock e door gues s who ? Yest night was fun fun fun !
Went to zouk with lots of friens... initially i tot was only me and my canoeist den rainie told me she n her girls also going + sharon and terrence also came &&amp;amp;&&& my sister also went to zouk YEST!

2 Years ago... A group of canoeist from ngee ann poly started a racist comment. The Whites Vs The Blacks. The Whites always make fun of the canoeist that have HEALTHY, GOLDEN TAN the call em BLACK n insulted them.(Whats wrong of being black?) The evil WHITES even called us BLANGA (so sad).
Enough is enough so 4 heroic canoeist decided to do something and they form a BLACK CLAN and the 4 are JUNSHENG, BERNARD, JIA YING and LEX. The 4 of em stand up n fight back against the WHITE.
Few mths later another innocent canoeist got drag down into this WAR and his name is JEREMY people insulted him call him INDIAN CHIEF call him blanga and once again the founder of BLACK CLAN decided to recruit JEREMY and giv him our protection. Jeremy hav been helping the BLACK CLAN a lot he fight against the WHITE's and soon they realise that our power is growing and they dare not make fun of us again.
A year later a new freshie joined us and her name is DAPHNE smtimes she act abit bimbo a bit noisy and a bit crazy and because of her weird character the white's dun like her they called her BLANGA.. BLACK.. so we decided to recuit he despite her character (she's quite funny actually.. hahaha).
And now 26/05/2007 We have our latest member her nickname is called BABY BLACK. WHY ? Cos we see potential in her. she got e POWER to overtake our BLACKNESS!! She is simply BLACK!!! and her name is YAN YI (my fellow fans... she likes to wear a shirt with my surname behind... dun worry i will protect u frm e white's .. hahaha)....

Hello everyone i'm back from MAWAI. Well throughout e 3 days i've learnt alot like how to survive in e forest? how to scold kids w/o using the 4 letter words? how to make e kids listen to me? how to identify stars? and many many more.

As i mention b4 i would love to work in the environment that i like even thou the pay is lower well.. now i've found e job i like e pay is around 100bucks per day.

Mawai Camp is fun if u r going there as a participant. all e water obstacle, trekking @ gunang arong + encounter thunderstorm, Fireflies sighting along e rivers along with some crocodile hahha and Swamp forest walk. See soo fun right. At the time of 7pm the whole place is totally dark and there is no electricity so all the instructors gotta bath in e dark haha .. scary right.

wad so memorable to me is i'm very lucky to get e chance to learn ab..out stars so interested bout it. HAhah ...

going out to work ler ... @ brewerks haiS so sian ... think i m quitting dere soon.

Got a new job... Now working for EDU ADVENTURE CENTRE as camp facilitor. So what is my 1st assignment ?
21st to 23rd i'll be heading to MAWAI (@ malaysia) its called ECO CAMP MAWAI. Yes Yes Yes its at Malaysia. I'll be going to places like malaysia, thailand or even cambodia very frequently but since i m new i can only go malaysia now loh haha.
So what e camp abt?
erm... like survivor like dat lo .. do treking, climb rocks n etc etc. All sorts of adventure stuffs la...
Cool rite ?
Going to these places FOC + u can gain lots of experience + U get paid.
I'm going there as a instructor .. soooo hope that nth will goes wrong ba~

This is my 1st time going overseas camp as a instructor n summore its at these type of ulu ulu place @ night to electricity de no place for u to bath n u r in e forest ... haha ... creepz... Worst is there is only 3 instructor n there are over 70+ students all sec 1 n sec 2....

Anyway recently i received a invitation letter its NP GRADUATION DINNER & DANCE. It says NP holds a celebration dinner in honour of out top graduates who have excelled in their studies and Co-curricular activites. Lolx.. Hey finally i update my blog again ler ... Have been working recently SDBA, Teach Star 1 and Brewerks.

Reach home around 2am plus everynight cus i m workin from 6pm to closing @ Brewerks. People dere are damm friendly haha but today is e first time i work alone so abit sian get to know a guy call mike.. haha he fucking GAY sia... e way he talk OMG.. even girls also cannot tahan .. " HELLO HOW CAN I HELP U ? " hahaha i also cannot tahan.. hhaa ..
Supervisor over dere r very friendly too.. keep on askin me am i ok a not.. tough a not.. haha .. n e funny thing is e kitchen side people keep on talkin to me in MALAY.. one guy say .. "ide jakap malayu"<--do u noe how to speak/listen malay ?... den instead of tellin him in english i dun understand malay i replied back "dade jakap malayu"<--- i dunnoe how to listen/speak malay. wtf la .. out of no where i replied back in malay ... hahaZz ...

Hey i'm BACK~

Pengarang Trip was fun but not as fun as e previous trip hur hur cus this time round was kinda rush BUT i did enjoy.
This time round was more like a FOOD FEST @ PENGARANG. We reached Pengarang @ ard 2pm check in ler den we straight away went to book a space @ e resturant we told em we will be eatting @ 7pm. after tt we went to hav our lunch @ this dessert store waO we almost ordered every single food in tt menu n we finish eatting @ ard 4pm. Went for cycling enjoy e sun e wind n e DUST haha. Ard 6++ we came back n hav our dinner whereby non of us are hungry yet. haha bo bian we book a space liao so must go eat haha.
EAT EAT EAT.. until 8++ we went back to hotel slack awhile play dai dee and bluff n bath. 10pm ++ we went out n eat again. SUPPER TIME. after eatting we went to drink lols.
Next morning woke up @ 8++ ard 9am we went to EAT again.

This trip is all about EATTING. haha

Woot finally its over... phew its been tiring recently haha but wei ler my thailand trip its worth it. Went to work for SDBA this morning was late ... soo got kinda "punish" by mr lim he ask me go do Slipway haha ... after the dragonboater load up. Dennis n I change to timekeeper.. haha den ... i kenna the timekeeper IC ... tmd abit stress sia cus normally i m just e timekeeper only cus e IC must ensures the position and accurate timing ... haha but heng ar .. onli got 4 race.. Last Week Dennis kenna IC also haha his got a lot of race ... so he more stress ... haha ...

SP roadshow DAY 4

On my way to SP i m still thinking about what happen yesterday... U see sometimes there are certain things that u just cant let go so easily... especially those things that u put in the effort most. & it feels really pain when things turn out to be e negative side.

Some of you reading now may not understand how i feel at all. Lets put it in this way u think back on the things u treasure most.. yes i mean TREASURE most. den you think of the amount of effort u put it in.. and lastly u imagine the thing u treasure most dosent turns out to be what u expect.

Anyway what done cannot be undone ... I'll still train for june race.

Today customer is not as much as compare on monday. We sold only 295 Fujitsu laptop and yup we had hit our target of 1200 set of Fujitsu laptop on the 4th day. Cheers to all...

Sales was good today.. today we sold around 280 laptop in total so yest n today sales we sold roughly 500 set of fujitsu laptops ... yup and our final target is 1200 set.

Sumthing funnie happen today also ... maybe its not reallie funnie la but i find e girl cute so i find it funny .. haha ... there is this girl A i was servin her yest so today she came and find me. She wanted to purchase this model den i ask her why u dun wan to upgrade the warranty. Den she also quite blur la she reply very sweetly "HUH WHY MUST UPGRADE ?" hahaha... duhZ .. everyone noes tt laptop cannot last long one of cus upgrade to 3 years more safe wad. den she kind of scold me back in a very sweet manner. "WHY U NV TELL ME YEST? I WRITE E CHEQUE LIAO LEI". Den she ask mi how ? hahah i told her "WRITE ANOTHER CHEQUE lo ?" hahahaZz.. she need to get her mum to do tt haha ... but nvm den i think her cousin or wad la she come argue wif me eh one piece of cheque cost 60cents u noe ? haha den i told her haha I DUNNOE LEI..

Hav been training alot recently hoping that i can win something back in sprinting.
I Dream... I can be... in the NAT team...

HaHa ...

Went for training today. The initial part was bad. Coz i capsize cant sprint well.. Sprint for 6 500m den tired ler so i change boat with dennis and as for me haha jeremy and i was slacking @ the launching point at pontun sit down there and talk cock. Den we saw this girl frm NYP haha quite chio la... she capsize so we volunteer to rescue her... lols...As for today sprintin i was enlighten a bit by a youtube vid .... but i dunnoe my stroke is right a not so i gotta wait n see how cher gotta fucked me a nt. haha ....
After training JS,Dennis,Jem and i went to serene center and eat ice-cream... haha .. lame rite.. but our main purpose is go there see char bo. lols dennis n jeremy keep on say got a lot of chio bu over dere so .. haha AS A 101% MEN... i must go check it out also ... haha ...

Recently like everyone in my team are fighting for a place in NATIONAL TEAM and i dunnoe why. I went to ask Damien (NYP captain) abt his previous nat selection and i found out tt to be in a nat team its not easy k. You will be competing with National Rowers also. hur hur ...

It Seems so far frm me .. but tts my target i'll try to reach it !

Its been a long time since i tio sunburn ler. haha...
Went training yest.. Did some sprint.

Sprinting part is still ok. Thou this is not my best yet but i m able to cope wif the xiongness in sprinting as in i'm able to put in sm strength den din capsize. Afterall i hasnt been sprinting for more den 6 mths ler. So this training my expectation for myself is not tt high.
HaHa..

We took some vids after the training can be found in youtube search for "NACC-Sprint" quite funnie la hur hur ...

Anyway yest was e 1st time i watch movie with cher(coach) haha soo funnie cos i dint expect cher to be so onZ de ... haha we went to watch the messenger and the show was .. FREAKING SCARY.

I think hor in the future i die die also wun watch horror movie wif my girlfriend one haha ... so pai seh.

Well.. i just love that feeling.

I may not be the best rower but i have target. Recently i watch a documentary about a sports man. He said every sportsman has a common goal a common target and it is to compete in olympics thats his target. He train hard despite all the obstacle and finally he reaches his target. I've the passion in this sport and i want to excell in it. I dont want to take part in competition just to gain experience. I want to shine. I want to win.

Last Sat n Sun...Went to MR500 to support my juniors. Saw alot of familiar faces and the people that wins the race are quite predictable. Anyway i would like to congrats to those that took part in the race u did ur best and i m sure u r happy bout tt. To some this is ur 1st sprinting competition so jia you k!..
Still rem my 1st sprint competition very clearly. hur hur .. dammm funny... i think only Dennis and i will understand why is it soooo funny . hahaha....

Coming June there will be another Sprint Competition organised by PA. This maybe my last shot.... This time round i m determine to reach my goal...Yup i'll be taking part in this competition.... Together with Dennis and Jun Sheng as Ngee Ann Alumni Rowers.

Eqn 1: 11am to 1pm = 2hrs

Eqn 2: 2pm to 9.30pm = 7hrs n 30 mins

Eqn 3: 11pm to 1.30am = 1hr n 30 mins

So now u need to add up the 3 equation to get the ans

Formula:

Eqn 1 + Eqn 2 + Eqn 3 = 2 + 7.30 + 1.30 = 11hrs

Well Open house OVER lo .. Training Camp OVER lo ... wads next ... OPEN HOUSE ACCTS n CCA points and TRAINING CAMP CcA points.... more paper work... I m so busy with my canoeing stuffs that i dun hav much time for myself (No time to release my chakra ..LOL ...JK)

Well lets talk more bout training camp.
Haha ... Judgin from the sprinters blog can @@ tt they really enjoyed the camp. If i am strict or my super angry aura affected u, I aplogise k. (mus understand also la ... i dun wan this camp to be a slack camp hur hur... so hehe ... xiong lo ... as for my "aura" hur hur bel say she dun even dare to come near me ... haha .. LEX AURA is sooo POWERFUL !)
kk back to training camp. Did e normal warm-ups den off we go for e run .. and where is our destination ? ORCHARD ROAD. DID we complete it ? YES !
As i mention during the camp, I dint expect everyone to run fast. My target is to complete the distance. So the speed for guys is kinda slow but its okay lah WE RUN TOGETHER AS A TEAM RIGHT and i believe that after the run u guys feel more motivated right ..
After the run we bus-ed back to school . hur hur ...
and we did 500push up = I SHOUTED "DOWN" for 500 times. lols now a bit no voice ler.
Due to the fact that all of us are super tired, we dint sabo dennis cus its his birthday ! but we celebrated with him doing another 20 pushup together.

LEX HAD SIGN EVERYONE IN THIS TRAINING CAMP FOR A X CAMPUS RUN COMPETITION AND WHN IS IT ? NEXT DAY!!!

Thou this is not as big as project nutz but u guys still put in e same amt of effort so cheers to all .... u deserve e medal den as for my team . TEAM 5 - Alfred, Brian , Bel and Lex ... we won 2nd for the overall team catergory.

hurhur .. after tt we gymed .. did endurance training ... due to my aura i din listen to e instruction properly .... so i did 200 for every station .. haha ... onli whn i was bout to complete my last station cheng ask mi how much i do den i realise tt i did a hundred more ... haha ...

Year 2007 dosent seem to be too good for me.

Within these 12 days a lot of things happen to me. Was so busy these few days. Doin my WISP role play, Attend open house meetings, Agm interview for 3 days, doing assignments, organising training camp, thinkin of different ways to improve e team spirit, powerboat theory test(i jus failed today ... 22/30 u need 26 to pass... I jus cant concentrate). I injure my toe summore.
Ahhhh .... I m sooo tired ... soo busy ...

Think there is something wrong wif my left knee ler .... Due to some serious running recently now every step i walk my left knee hurts... sometimes super pain sometimes not. Running makes you think properly, running can inprove your stamina, running makes you run faster.
Whn you dun feel like talkin, whn you jus wan to be alone and whn you are havin some "emotion period" choose running. Coz after running you will feel much much more better.

Common test is back .... haha sianZ ! n i m sick now ... yest night was horrible ... i almost cough my heart out manZ ... whole night coughin non stop siaNz ... ( A sick man is a WeaK manZ ) hmmm... shall update you one wad i've done this week. shall start on tue .
Once upon a time there are these 3 frends , super slacker but very hardworkin. during school their lecturer gave them 5 weeks to complete their project but as i mention earlier they are slacker so dun expect much la. so on e 2nd week everyone gotta submit their questionnair but guess wad .. the 3 super hero friends handed in on e 4th week. On the 5th week is presentation day wooot. and guess again. DID THE 3 HERO FRIENDS DO THE PRESENTATION ? ans is "NO". so these 3 frends starting to GAN JIONG ler so 1 hr before the lesson one of the 3 friends decided to take out his lappy so they started chiongin the presentation. After an hour dey still havent complete it how how how ? nvm dun worry they tell the lecturer they will be e last group presenting so tt dey can buy some time la. so after another hour e 3 hero friends completed the presentation.
They went up to present, They score n and They live happily ever after.

Hey bud.. i rem the times where we train together for Centenary Parade cus we wanted to wear the no.1 uniform very much. We fight hard for it & in the end we are selected to be G.O.H. We went to airborne selection together, you console me whn i m down... You always lent a helping hand to others... We have gone thru numerous camps together. We sleep @ e hammok along the pathway @ teck whye sec blockin people from comin in. We explore the whole campus together thinkin that we can spot smthing errie. I enjoy the times when we pump, sweat and play together. We went to OBS together hiking , canoeing and doin those adventure stuffs. We were selected as leader for batera camp and we had fun together. Man i really miss those times.

I will be the president of Canoeing club, Ngee Ann. Being a president is not a easy task as jia ying da jie said i m going to eat a lot of SHIT stuff.. (Eeee...). Well i m prepared to accept all these challenges !

Canoeing club used to be a very bonded club but as the club grow older the club seems to be spilted into 2 club polo n sprinting. Although the both side are playing or training in different aspect we still share a common target which is to WIN and with that target i believe both sides can work well together. This will be my 1st assignment.. to solve this problem...

Disciplaine is a very impt matter in a team. Currently sad to say again e polo side is kinda lack of it. Not to say i m bais or wad or isit becus i m a sprinter tts why i dun noe wads happening in polo. I have lead WED land training b4 i know wads going on. wad rellie disappoint me is usually running 70% will be sprinters n e other 30% will be e polo gals n guy... come'on wads this ? if u say ur leg injure of cus i wont force u to run but tell me how can it be possible tt 5 to 6 of u pple injure @ e same time. This is a problem that i rellie rellie rellie rellie wanna change.

Next, During my 20thcom Canoeing club is not publicise in ngee ann. Therefore, we are not relly known by everyone. 3rd assignment.

I m e worst frend eva. What kind of frend am i whn my buddy is feeling down n worst is i din even noe what e hell has happen till jus now whn another buddy of mine asked mi what happen ...

Nowadays bloggin seems soo ma fun to me... lazy to blog...did i lost my interest in blogging .... hmmm... i dunch noe.. rellie i dunnoe...

Last saturday was kinda suay day for me ... haha ... early mornz went to kallang as helper for Dennis,liang n peeter IS project its a expedition to east coast park..wao sounds sooo cool rite. But in e view of canoeist its sooo boring .. being the Expedition leader i hav to make sure tt we r canoing @ e right speed as some pple cant canoe nnnn the speed is we took 30mins to cover 1000m. Serious no joke tts how slow it is.

After e mornz expedition i meet up wif e same guys to club.. @ Ministry of Sound a.k.a MOS....the que was FREAKIN LONG~~~ ar..but the atmosphere in was kinda cool bigger den zouk. n to my suprise there r 2 levels @ MOS quite a lot of different rooms. Drinks over dere was kinda exp 1 shot cost $10.5 wooo...exp exp exp...
during the stay @ MOS i encounter a vvv bad experience ... haiZ i shall nt type it out ... haiZ ...

Recently i m veri enthu abt training maybe ivp is near maybe i feel e threat around me or maybe something will happen to me sooo recently i train v hard but maybe not tt tough enough coz i feel tt i m still kinda weak. Dun hav e strength dun hav the stamina n worst is my forearm is soo weak. To improve these i gotta gym alot n recently my body are usually aching (dunnoe spell correct a nt).

Today is a veri SuaY day for my mother, me and my classmate rainie.

1st incident: My story
I shall start off with my story 1st coz it happen @ ard 6++pm @ kallang. I got pump by V.captain. Why? Because i accidentally drop 2 paddles (OUCH ! my heart dammm pain ar)
a Brasca I and Brasca II (eugene's paddle) and how many push up i did? 100 push up.. haiZ.. I think hor v.capt gotta set this rule liaoz if drop paddle each paddle 50 push up and if drop e boat the whole team will do 150 push up.(wah siong ar)
Den jus now @ kallang i finally noe how to launch K1 using reccon method actually quite easy also whn u r familiar wif it.. hehe

2nd incident: My mother story
Whn i reach home hor my mum.. she... she.. haven reach home yet so i went to cook my fav nugget for dinner. Den whn its done i look @ e hot n juicy nuggets took out my FORK getting ready to get my 1st bite my mum reach home ler. She started complain to my dad n i. 1st i would like to ask u this qns. Whn u go salon cut hair rite hav u heard of pple charging u $10 for the side burn? no rite. My mum went to cut her hair so on new year can look chioer la den this shop @ westmall e shopname is Jant*** got branch one. The person come dye her hair 1st den she nv dye properly After dunnoe how many million secs my mum hair colour is still black n dey already help my mum to wash her hair le. So my mum as e person in charge to tok to her she ask her wad is e colour of her hair now. and she ans BLACK. fookin hell pay u $$ dye hair end result still black ! nvm so e person offer to redye again. den after dat cut cut cut. go to cashier ! instead if 58 bucks e person ask my mum to pay 68 bucks WTH for ? she said e side burn cost extra $10 bucks !!! KNN i tink e shop can start chargin every strain of hair dey cut $0.50.. damm bloody fook dup ! Tml i goin to e shop n tao ge gong dao liaoZ !!!
